Storage & Handling
Due to limited space on product vials, only basic storage instructions are provided on the label. The information below is intended to offer additional general guidance to help support proper storage and handling.
Important: If any instructions on the vial label differ from the information below, the label instructions take priority.
Temperature guidance
Maintaining appropriate and consistent temperature is important for product quality.
- Room temperature:
Generally 20–25°C (68–77°F) unless otherwise stated. Avoid prolonged storage at room temperature.
- Refrigerated storage:
2–8°C (36–46°F)
Commonly recommended for many peptide products, particularly for extended storage or after reconstitution.
- Frozen storage:
-20°C (-4°F) or below
Only recommended if explicitly stated on the product label or accompanying documentation. Do not freeze unless permitted.
Avoid repeated warming, cooling, or freeze–thaw cycles, as temperature fluctuations may affect stability.

- Refrigerator
Suitable for many lyophilized (freeze-dried) products and most reconstituted solutions
Store in the main body of the fridge, not the door
Keep protected from light and moisture

Use only if specifically allowed
Store in airtight packaging
Avoid repeated removal and refreezing
General storage guidelines
- Keep vials sealed until use
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Protect from direct light, heat, and humidity
- Avoid areas with frequent temperature changes (e.g., vehicles, windowsills)
Handling recommendations
- Use clean, dry tools and surfaces
- Avoid vigorous shaking; gentle mixing is preferred
- Minimize time outside recommended storage conditions
- Do not transfer or combine contents between containers
Shipping & receipt
- Inspect products immediately upon delivery
- Store according to recommendations as soon as possible
- Contact support if damage or temperature exposure is suspected
Disposal
Dispose of unused product and packaging in accordance with local regulations.
